Membership Agreement for Pristine Origins Ministries Membership Society
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Pristine Origins Ministry ("the Association") and each individual member ("Member"). By consenting to this Agreement, you affirm your commitment to the Association's principles and agree to abide by its rules and policies.
1. Reservation of Rights:
All rights related to the Association's content, publications, and any other intellectual property are expressly reserved by the Association. We do not practice law nor are we accountants, all information shared is for entertainment purposes only.
2. Jurisdiction & Purpose
This Society is a private, unincorporated ecclesiastical body operating under God’s Law, Natural Law, and Common Law, outside the jurisdiction of the state and its subdivisions.
We are not attorneys, tax advisors, or medical practitioners. Nothing shared here constitutes legal, tax, or medical advice. All information is for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.
3. Confidentiality of Content:
Content made available to Members through a secured login on the Association's website is deemed private and confidential. Members agree not to disclose, disseminate, or reproduce this content outside the confines of the Association. Violations may result in immediate termination and a private contractual claim of no less than $1,000,000 per breach.
4. Membership Eligibility and Conduct:
a. The Association is a fraternity of living individuals seeking greater levels of personal freedom, knowledge, and benevolence. Members must conduct themselves peacefully and respectfully towards all individuals and entities, upholding the Association's principles.
b. Membership is open exclusively to individuals acting in their private capacity as living persons, not in any professional or legal capacity that might conflict with the Association's principles.
c. The Association expressly restricts membership from federal employees, contractors, and individuals licensed by legal bar associations due to potential conflicts of interest with the Association's fundamental principles.
d. Individuals engaged in activities such as murder, destruction of property, theft, child trafficking, or fraud, as determined by reliable evidence, are ineligible for membership.
5. Liability and Indemnification:
Members agree to relinquish the right to utilize any information obtained through the Association in any manner harmful to the Association or its Members. This includes initiating or contributing to legal actions or disclosing confidential information. Members agree to indemnify the Association against any damages resulting from such actions.
6. On Behalf of Sons or Daughters
If you are seeking rites or nationality services for a son or daughter, you agree to:
· Affirm that you are the mother or father
· Upload valid ID to confirm this
· Understand that this is a sacred trust, and misrepresentation will result in immediate cancellation and possible legal recourse under contract
8. Breach and Damages:
Membership may be revoked without notice for violating the terms of this Agreement. Each violation of this Agreement entitles the Association to seek damages of no less than $1,000,000.00 USD per infraction.
9. Privacy and Data Use:
The Association is committed to maintaining Member privacy and will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties without consent. However, Members acknowledge that data generated on the Association's digital platforms can be used internally to enhance user experience and for other operational purposes.
10. Communication Consent:
By default, Members agree to receive communications from the Association. If a Member wishes to cease receiving communications, they may cancel their membership, thereby revoking this consent.
11. Termination of Rights Over Digital Data:
Members agree to transfer rights over any digital content or data they create or provide on the Association's platforms, permitting the Association unrestricted legal rights to this digital content.
12. Amendments:
This Agreement may be modified by the Association at any time, with changes communicated to Members in accordance with the Association's bylaws.
13. Refund Policy
All donations, fees, and appointments are final and non-refundable.
14. Agreement to Terms:
By joining the Association, individuals agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Failure to comply with any part of this Agreement may result in membership termination and further legal action
15. Final Step
You must complete your full Membership Agreement and upload ID to finalize enrollment to access certain member content. The Trustees reserve the right to review and approve all applicants.
